The regular exams of ChatrapatiShahujiMaharaj University will begin from March 8. This year, over 8.75 lakh students would be appearing in the regular exams. The necessary preparations have been made for the exams to go smooth. The university administration and the affiliated degree colleges are busy doing last minute preparations for conducting the exam.
The university administration has changed eight exam centres ahead of the exams. This change has been made due to the less number of examinees at these centres, shortage of the invigilators etc.
Registrar, CSJM University, Syed Waqar Husain informed that the preparations for the exam are almost complete and that the university is ready. He added that the exams will start on set time. The admit cards have been issued to the students. Meanwhile, the Kanpur University Teachers Association (KUTA) has decided to continue with its bycott of the university exams. The dignitaries of KUTA want that their demands be fulfilled first. The university administration, on the other hand, affirmed that the exams will commence on the set date and time and that the required preparations have been made for the same.
