The authorities of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University (CSJMU) have fixed the examination schedule of the regular exams for the session 2012-13. The exams are scheduled to start from March 08.
The decision in this regard was taken during an important meeting of executive council and exam committee held at the university campus late on Saturday evening.
As per the information provided by the university authorities, the regular exams of CSJMU will be conducted at 677 centers which include various government and private colleges affiliated to the varsity.
The exams for the regular students will commence on March 8 and are expected to end in the second week of April. The dates for the private examinations are yet to be declared by the varsity authorities.
CSJMU registrar Syed Waqar Husain said the nodal officers of the examination will be the same as previous years.
At centers where student strength will be less than 100, the students will have to appear in exams at the larger exam centre nearby.
At exam centres where the student strength will be more than 100, the exams will be conducted under the supervision of the centre head.
It was also agreed upon during the meeting that teachers of the self-finance college can also become guides for the research scholars.
