Mumbai: UKIERI (UK India Education and Research Initiative )will be launching its Study India Programme on September 1, 2009 at C K Naiydu Hall, Cricket Club of India (CCI). Dr Vijay Khole, Vice Chancellor, University of Mumbai and Neil Nitin Mukesh are expected to grace the occasion.
On the occasion of the golden jubilee celebrations of H R College of Commerce and Economics a delegation of students from the UK will be visiting Mumbai for UKIERI's Study India Programme jointly launched by King’s College and H R College of Commerce and Economics from August 24 to September 13, 2009.
The programme will be launched by Dr Khole. Simon Gammel, Director, British Council, Western India will host the evening. Neil Nitin Mukesh will be the youth ambassador for the programme and will unveil H R College’s Golden Jubilee merchandise.
U K - Indian Education and Research Initiative has sponsored the Study India Programme for 100 students from Kings College, London who will undergo a unique educational, cultural, corporate and social experience at H R College of Commerce and Economics. During their stay students will be visiting various locations in the city.
