A three-day international conference on engineering education: Innovative Practices and Future Trends (AICERA-2012) would commence here on July 19.

The conference Secretary Dr Sony C george told reporters today, that the four major themes of the conference are Engineering education; current trends and Global perspetives, Internet working in education, Diversity and challenges in engineering education and research and development links.

About 200 participants including delegates from abroad are expected to attend the conference, sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Educational society and IEEE Kerala section.
