NTSE students can self assess their performance online

Students who appeared for the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) this year can now go through the answer keys to self-assess their performance.
 
Answer keys of the two sections of the NTSE question paper mental ability test and the scholastic ability test have been uploaded on NCERT's website.
 
"The candidates can go through this key to self-assess their performance and also mail their feedback by July 15, 2012 to NCERT on [email protected]," a NCERT statement said.
 
This examination has been conducted  by NCERT for the past five decades, making it one of the oldest continuing national scholarship programme for identifying and nurturing talent across the country.
 
The examination is conducted for students studying in Class VIII.
 
This year  the key has been uploaded on its website to facilitate the candidates in evaluating their performance themselves.
 
It is already allowing the examinees to take the question papers home.
