Haryana's Mewat district will now have a separate teaching cadre with 5,000 posts of teachers sanctioned for this area to improve the level of education.
Congress MLA Aftab Ahmed said here that the state government has already issued a notification in this regard.
To promote Urdu language, he said it will be taught in all the primary schools of the district, having a sizeable Muslim population, and 544 posts of Urdu teachers have been sanctioned.
