Delegation from UK visits Khalsa College

A UK delegation on a visit to India to meet Mayors in India headed by Lord Mayor of city of Coventry Keiran Mulhall paid a visit yesterday to Khalsa College and were full of praise for the history and culture of sikhs.

They visited the Sikh History and Research Museum at the campus and the rare books documents, manuscripts and hand written 'Birs' of the Guru Granth Sahib really impressed them. The Mayor also appreciated the rare cultural heritage building and the collection of books at the Sikh Museum.
