CUSAT-CAT date extended to Feb. 29

The Cochin University of Science and Technology has extended the last date for registration for CAT 2012 to February 29.

The decision was taken considering the difficulties faced by the students in applying. The time fixed is 11 pm.

registrations for under-graduate and post-graduate admission tests and all departmental admission tests will be available up to this date.

Banks will accept application fee till February 29. The filled-up offline applications should reach the university latest by March 7.

The offline registration for UG courses is available at http:// iraaa.cusat.ac.in/reg.php. After registering at this site, the candidate will be provided with a registration number.

They should also download chalan and application form. After paying the application fee at the bank, the payment details are to be entered in the downloaded application form.

Photo and signature are to be affixed. The form and chalan copy should be sent to the university before the deadline.

For PG offline registration, students are advised to visit http://iraaa.cusat.ac.in/pg. Those who have applied online and paid application fee and are unable to input journal number online may download PDF application form from http:// iraaa.cusat.ac.in/pg/pgapplicationform.pdf, fill in the details and send it to the university. They need not go for offline registration and affixing photo.

The online registration number obtained can be used. Those who are yet to take final print out from online registration may do so during March 1 to 31.
