Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh): The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in association with the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BIT), a Sweden-based institute launched its first international Double Degree Programme (DDP) in Signal Processing.
'We have launched this course to open up job opportunities in Sweden or any other European countries. Under the programme, Indian students can study in Sweden and vice-versa,' said Allam Appa Rao, Vice-Chancellor JNTU-K.
Students having BE /B.Tech/ AMIE in ECE or EIE / AMIE / AMIETE degree are eligible for the course. The first semester has to be studied at JNTU-K, second and third semesters at BIT and the fourth and last one was open for the students' choice.
