Taking subject matters through Management Theatre

In an era where success of several teaching methodologies is on the controversy, Gemba School of human resources have come out to reach students on subject matters with a novel approach – "Management Theatre".

"Management theatre" is a pioneering concept of teaching management through Movies.

Dr.Karthikeyan, Director, Gemba School of HR opines that teaching management is certainly an art rather than science.

Organized by students of Gemba school of HR, once in every month featuring a movie with management theme, this concept was just an idea, which now is transforming in to a movement over the years under the tutelage of Dr Karthikeyan.

Its an open event conducted every month for students from other institutions too and corporate community. 

The latest movie featured in this event was "School of Rock" which deals with various aspects of Talent Management. It may sound paradoxical to imagine learning management by watching movie, but those participated in the event will vouch for the learning experience that they obtained watching the movie.

The event attracted overwhelming response from students and corporate community.

The key attraction for the student community to this event apart from learning and fun is the golden opportunity to network with corporate HR community.
