Production house Balaji Telefilms on Friday said it has signed a pact to sell its media education and mobile content businesses for Rs 8.37 crore.
It, however, did not disclose the buyer. Balaji Telefilms has entered into binding business transfer agreements on December 29, to sell media education and mobile content production businesses for a consolidated consideration of Rs 8.37 crore, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
The transaction would be effective on receipt of the full consideration within a period not exceeding 90 days, it added.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 33 a piece in later afternoon, down 1.49 per cent from its previous close on the BSE.
