A four-day international conference on organisational flexibility and competitiveness, named "IIMK-GLOGIFT 11," will begin at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode on Friday.
GIobal Institute of Flexible Systems Management, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA are co-hosts of this conference. Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM-K, will inaugurate the conference. Ms.Christine Williams, Director, Systems Engineering Leadership Development, NASA Office of Chief Engineer in Washington will give the keynote address.
IIMK-GLOGIFT 11 is designed to provide a global forum for practitioners, policymakers, teachers, researchers and learners to share their practical experiences, knowledge and insight in the evolution, formulation and implementation of strategies and models for flexible enterprises to meet the changing requirements of global business.
The objective of the conference is to provide a knowledge sharing platform for dissemination of research and experiential findings through empirical study, qualitative modelling, case studies, new concepts and state-of-the-art studies.
