Law Student to sue Karnatak University

Mahesh Ramchandra Tanvashi of Raibag, a student of KLE Society's Law College, Chikkodi had written his 10th sem exam in May/June.  When the results were announced in Sep, Mahesh was declared failed in Land Laws Paper.  He got a photocopy of his ansersheet after applying to the University through RTI.  This is when he found out that his answer sheet was not evaluated. Due to this alleged negligence, the student claims he has missed various career opportunities and lost one year.
