Agriculture and biodiversity conservation and biodiversity conservation challenges in forests and protected areas will also be taken up at the meet.
CEE will bring out a recommendation booklet as an outcome of the seminar. The booklet will be designed to be used in the form of a reference document for further actions at various levels in the future.
The discussion will focus on key challenges of biodiversity conservation in the rapidly changing context of Gujarat. Sessions will specifically seek deliberations on areas where international research, technology and practices can help in local conservation of biodiversity.
