Convocation of Institute of Communication and Journalism

Kerala Finance Minister K M Mani distributed PG diploma certificates at the convocation ceremony of the 14th batch of PG Diploma students of the Institute of Communication and Journalism, Calicut Press Club, here.
 
He said journalists should have social commitment and also a vision about the country.
 
Mani said the tendency to go after sensation keeping an eye on the circulation, will only lead to the neglection of the truth. Media should not neglect issues of the people, he said.
 
Mani also distributed gold medal to rank holders.
