Gemba School of HR (GSHR) is an institute that provides exclusive education in HR and currently offers a Post Graduate Program in Management Human Resources (PGPM-HR).

The school aims at providing enterprising young minds with a resourceful platform to explore, learn and discuss perse aspects of HR with a team of experienced, established faculty and competent, competitive peers in their HR field.

GSHR aims to provide an educational experience that involves active learning, integrates a firm grounding for both theoretical and applied knowledge. It aims at bridging the gap between industry and academics. It is a platform wherein the students experience how an organization works.

The B-school has envisaged new learning concept through Management Theatre (MT). It nothing else than a mangement concept to teach management through movies. Focusing on inculcating learning through movies, as it is one of the most highly followed mediums of instruction in various reputed international universities such as Harvard and Yale.

MT in Gemba School is the brain child of its Director, Dr.Karthikeyan, which involves learning management is practicality & theory through entertainment & passion with the idea to have a greater impact on a person.

At the end of each MT, the director facilitates on the film and throws light on the management lessons, one can derive from it.
