Monster India launches online campus hiring facility

Monster India said it has launched 'Monster College', an online campus hiring initiative.
   
Monster College will collaborate with educational institutes across India, and it has signed a deal with Syntel, an IT and BPO firm, to help it source talent from nearly 2,000 engineering colleges in the country, said Sanjay Modi, Managing Director, Monster.com (India/Middle East/ Southeast Asia), here.
   
"Monster College offers educational institutes the opportunity to leverage Monster's extensive reach in the corporate world by connecting them to over 20,000 employers. These include 98 percent of Fortune 1000 companies along with other leading Indian and Multinational organisations," Modi said.
