IAF recruitment examination

Nagapattinam: Indian Air Force conducts recruitment examination for 'X' and'Y' category at the Air Force Station in Tambaram.

Those youth born between July 1, 1988 and September 30, 1992 can participate in the recruitment examination for the 'X' and 'Y' category, to be conducted at the Airforce Station in Tambaram.

Recruitment examination for Group 'Y' category-non-technical trade will be held on July 24 between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. The required qualification would be 10 + 2 intermediate course (except vocational group) with minimum marks of 50 per cent or a three-year diploma with minimum marks of 50 per cent.

Recruitment examination for Group 'X' category- technical trade will be held on July 26, between 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Educational qualification would be completion of 10 + 2 / an intermediate course (with Maths and sciences) with minimum marks of 50 per cent or a three year diploma with minimum marks of 50 per cent.

Desiring candidates are required to bring their original certificates along with three photocopies, seven copies of recent colour photographs, change of address proofs, sports clothes and appropriate footwear.
