New Delhi: PT Education, engaged nationwide in training students for MBA entrance and post 12th courses, has announced merit scholarships to
encourage bright and meritorious engineering students of Delhi University to take up management education once they complete their graduation course.
The total value of the scholarships stands at rupees 16 lakh. Students, from DU engineering colleges, with consistently outstanding performance during their college exams were eligible for the scheme.
"The motto behind the scholarship scheme is to provide a catalyst for the engineering students to take up management education as though technical education is within reach for most of aspirants, the same cannot be said about management," said Founder Chairman, Sandeep Manudhane, "Technical education with management is yet to become accessible. Technology is the key to a safe future but management is the one which secures India and so management-tech combination is a key ingredient for a prosperous nation."
Sandeep Manudhane himself did B.Tech from IIT Delhi before cracking CAT in 1992.

PT Education has more than 80 educational centers across the country, training more than 45,000 students every year; with a sterling success rate among CAT examinees (CAT toppers for last 5 consecutive years have been from PT Education).
