Two students of the Indian School of Business (ISB) were awarded the newly-instituted Manyagroup-Princeton Review-ISB scholarships.
Amounting to Rs. 6.5 lakh, the scholarships are awarded to students who undergo GMAT training at Princeton Review centres administered by Manya Abroad and are enrolled for ISB's one-year post graduate programme in Management.
Awardees
Goda Chandrasekhar and Samhita Das, currently pursuing the MBA programme at the institute, were awarded Rs. 1.5 lakh and Rs. 50,000 respectively at a disbursement ceremony organised at TPR centre in Hyderabad.
In all, 11 students who trained with our centres across the country have made it to the ISB this year but two of them were eligible for the awards, said Araddhana K Mahna, managing director, Manya Abroad.
Six scholarships
The company has instituted six scholarships, three awards of Rs. 1.5 lakh each for those who subscribed to its GMAT classroom preparation programme and premium counselling service.
Two awards of Rs. 50,000 each would be awarded to those students who enrolled for its GMAT classroom preparation programme.
One award of Rs. 1 lakh would be awarded to those who subscribed to its premium admissions counselling service and entered the Dean's list based on the merit of their performance in the programmes conducted by the school.
