Scholarship for Minorities

A Merit  scholarship scheme for minorities is announced on the basis of a competitive examination.  The students who get admission to a college to pursue technical /professional are eligible to apply.  The candidate should have a minimum 50% more in H.Sc / graduate level.  The annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lacs.

The object of the scholarship is to provide financial assistant to poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities to enable them to continue professional and technical course.

Annual reward worth about Rs.25,000/ to 30,000/ also announced. The web site for information and on line registration www.minority affairs.gov.in/scholarship.
