 English scholarship by US Embassy – Chennai

A two year English access Micro Scholarship programme was conducted by Regional English language office at US Embassy. The programme was inaugurated by Drane M.Millar on Wednesday. 125 students will be benefitted by their launch.

The program mainly focus for English learning and to help students to develop critical thinking skills and writing talents.  The program is meant for economically backward classes. Since 2004, around 95,000 students were benefitted by this program. The Master trainer for the program Mangalam Neel Kantan said that this program never confine only to class room, but also visits, 30 hour camps and sessions.
