igenius Scholarship becomes bigger

Max New York Life Insurance on February 10 announced the 3rd Max New York Life igenius Scholarships - 2012, with a new category, igenius PRIMARY, added for children from Nursery to Class II. The igenius programme will also provide 2,000 child well-being sponsorships to socially and economically disadvantaged children.

With the addition of the new category, around 70 lakh more children will now have an opportunity to participate in this programme. It is open for students of Nursery to Class VIII, studying in government-recognised private, public or national schools in India. The programme has no registration fee. It has first prizes of Rs 10 lakh in each of its three categories Primary (Nursery to Class 2); Junior (Class 3 to Class 5) and Senior (Class 6 to Class 8).

For the Primary category, registration is open only through agent advisors, distribution channels and at Max New York Life branch offices. For the Junior and Senior categories, students willing to participate in 3rd igenius scholarships can register online at www.igenius.org, or through the companys branch offices and other networks. The company will also run a school programme for Junior and Senior category.

Registration for igenius scholarship 2012 closes on March 31.
