Meerut girl tops UPSEE

Meerut resident Mitali Gupta has topped the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (SEE-2011) in the BArch group.
   
Her father Nirupam Gupta is a Development Officer in LIC and mother Sharmeela Gupta is employed in a bank here.
   
"I was confident that my daughter would clear the entrance examination, but the news of her attaining first rank has surprised us all," said Sharmeela.
   
The results of state entrance examinations (SEE-2011) for admissions to MBA, B Tech, B Pharma, B Arch and MCA courses in colleges affiliated to Gautam Buddh Technical University and Mahamaya Technical University( MTU) were announced.
