‘Around the world in 80 days’ is a famous science fiction by Jules Verne. Here, 19 year old Australian pilot has broken the world record for the youngest person to fly a single engineer aircraft alone around the world in 70 days.
It is Ryan Camphell who begun his flying journey 10 weeks ago from Wollongong in Southern New South Wales and has spent 200 hours flying through the different countries. He has flown more than 44,448 km in just 70 days in a single Engine plane “ABC News”.
He took off on 30th June and landed back in Wollongong on Saturday.
He broke the existing World Record set by 21 year old American Jack Wieg and earlier this year.
