 Interim Relief demands by Medical Colleges

Melmaruvathur Adhi Parasakthi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (150 seats), Madha Medical College and Hospital for renewal of recognition (150 seats).

Tanjore medical College and Hospital (150 seats), Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research (150 seats) and Sri Devi Karumari amman Educational Trust are before the court for their interim relief.

Two colleges Asan Dental College and Hospital, Chennai, Mookambigai Dental College and Hospital in Kanyakumari District have been refused permission by Dental Council of India to admit 100 students each.

Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute have been disallowed from increasing its intake from 150 to 250.

Adiparasakthi Institute and Sathya Sai Medical Colleges are figured in CBI case.  The court had discharged both the promotion from the case. They have gone to higher courses.  The matter is pending in MCI.
