On Line protection of Children

 India is very much behind in on line protection of children. This was commited by aching chief Justice B.D Ahmed and Justice Vibhu Bhakro.  It was questioned how children below 13 years of age can open social networking like face book and orkut.

In US there is a law, "Children On line privacy protection Act" (COPPA) as per this law, a child below 13 years at age is not allow to open an account . Face book in and Google Inc submitted affidavits in the court detailling the protective measures that are available on their sales to ensure then product is not misused.
