English in ! Tamil Out!

Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education (TANSCHE) and college have recommend state governemtn to make the student of all arts and science college in the state to write their assignments and test only in English. The students will not be allowed to use Tamil or a mix of Tamil and English in their tests and assignments.
