Annual doctors meet organised by IMAs Academy of Medical Specialities on Sept 29

IMA medical summit, the annual doctors' meet organised by the Indian Medical Association's Academy of Medical Specialities (AMS), will be held here from September 29 to 30.

More than 100 papers in different areas of medicine would be presented at the meet, to be attended by around 4,000 doctors and representatives of 1,000 hospitals, Summit organising committee chairman Sreejith N Kumar and Secretary Prasanth C V told reporters here.

AMS is the biggest academic forum of IMA and is dedicated to ensure academic excellence in the field of Medicine.

Workshops and a trade exhibition would be organised as part of the meet.

Leading medical equipment manufacturers are also participating in the trade expo, they said.
