The success of any programme depends on the quality of base programmes. Technical changes, technical development, tactical application, co-ordination, stroke formation, match play, mental training, self confidence and motivation all start and are formed during the ages between the ages of 9 and 12. This period is extremely important in the development of a tennis player.
