Kailash Vijayvergiya, State Minister (for Bhopal), Commerce Industries and Employment, emphasised the role of entrepreneurship in creating employment opportunities in the country at a college talk show earlier this week.
Speaking at the Yuva Talk Show on ‘Entreprenuership@Madhya Pradesh: Are the youths ready to capture it’, organised by Swami Vivekanand College of Science and Technology (SVCST), the minister said, “Small scale industries and micro enterprises are considered to be the backbone of the economy in terms of employment creation.” He added, “Entrepreneurship is a multi-dimensional concept which signifies creative abilities, dynamism and the will to succeed.”
The event, held in collaboration with PR Solution, was divided into eight phases and focused on various issues relating to entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities.
Dr Gaurav Raj Bhagat, moderator, Yuva Talk Show urged the youth to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship and become job providers instead of job seekers. He also stressed on entrepreneurial education and the need to develop entrepreneurship among students.
Other peronslities present at the event included Dilip Suryavanshi, CMD, Dilip Buildcon Ltd, Hemant Soni, CMD, AG8 ventures Ltd and Dr Ranjan Kumar, AGM, CRISP.
