Post graduate diploma in food science, processing in TNAU

Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University would offer a PG Diploma in Food Science and Processing during this academic year.

The course would impart information on the preservation and value additiion techniquies of food processing, a university release said.
 
The one-year course would focus on processing of foods like ready to eat mixes, traditional foods, quality control and preventive measures, food products and development, packaging, labeling and brand making, the release said.
