Jodhpur medical college gets more seats

Union Health Ministry has decided to increase the number of seats in Jodhpur Government Medical College from the current 100 to 150 from this year.
 
The Medical Council of India has already increased 50 seats each in Kota and Bikaner medical colleges.
 
The decision to increase seats in Jodhpur college was taken today after Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot made a request Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad in this regard, an official said here.
