Raffles launch UG course on Product Design

Raffles Millennium International has announced the launch of a new course, Bachelor of Design - Product Design.

First of its kind in Chennai, the full time, 36-month program involves the approach to technological, manufacturing skills and design management. Students will experience a board-based diagnostic curriculumgrasping investigation, analytical and problemsolving skills through a project based, modular system, which encourages the investigation and understanding of various specializations in Product Design. Students are also provided with ‘real-life client projects underpinning the relevance and importance of industry requirement in a highly competitive design environment.

Product Design Course provides several carrier opportunities for the students that include Design Consultant, Design Educationalist, Product Designer, Environmental/Spatial Designer, Model Maker for Commercial Studios, Toy Designers, Glass Designers and Furniture Designers.

Students with a 10+2 from any recognized board are eligible to apply for the design Course. The students are provided with an Advanced Diploma after completion of 24 months in the event premature exit of the course.

Raffles College Design and Commerce, Australia awards the Bachelor of Design.

The July intake for all courses at Raffles Millennium International will be closed by the 31st of June.
