Indian scientist 'solves' tech snag

An Indian scientist today claimed to have solved the technical problem in the worlds third largest telescope in Birmingham.

"Now the worlds third largest telescopes problem is solved. Yesterday I got the results and now I am spellbound,"Srikanta Pal, an associate professor at the Birla Institute of Technology in Mesra, told PTI from UK.

The worlds third largest radio telescope Jodrell bank at Manchester was facing a problem with signal related to scientific research.
