CATE for admissions to BA

New Delhi: Combined Aptitude Test for English (CATE) for admission to the B.A. (Honours) course in English offered by the University of Delhi (DU) held on June 17.

The examination was conducted at 12 centres for total 350 seats.

Around 67,00 students appeared for one-and-a- half hours duration test.

The test was conducted to evaluate candidate's aptitude for the B.A English (Honours).
The test paper had multiple-choice questions to examine vocabulary, grammar, language skills and literary knowledge of candidates as well as questions in comprehension and essay -writing.
