Welingkar inks MOU with Grant MacEwan University

City-based Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research has signed an MOU with Grant MacEwan University of Canada to open up new vistas of opportunities and collaboration between the two institutions.
   
The partnership will facilitate the joint projects taken by the two institutions in the field of business education. It will also promote advance learning and research activity along with increased international understanding as a part of post graduation education, Dr Uday Salunkhe, Director, Welingkar Education said.
   
Dr Paul Byrne, President and CEO of Grant MacEwanUniversity signed the MoU yesterday in the presence of Elsie Elford, Dean, MacEwan School of Business, Dr MakarandGulawani, Lead professor Tom Carter, Co-Lead professor, Douglas Elford and Darlene Lowe, accompanying professor.
   
Both the institutions envisage enhanced studyopportunities for visiting international students, exchange of faculty, staff and students. It also encompasses learning opportunities for teaching and administrative personnel along with the reciprocal assistance for the visiting faculty and staff.
