 How is XIMB's new programme — Master of Global Management — different from one of the regular MBA programmes?

The one-year threecontinent Master of Global Management (3C MGM) programme aims at admitting an equal number of students from the American continent, Europe and Asia. These students will spend four months in New York, the financial capital of the US, four months in Belgium, which is the European Union capital and four months in Bhubaneswar.
A first of its kind, the programme will offer 60 open-minded and talented university graduates management insights into three diverse economies — Europe, US and India. Each school will give students a view of its region, integrating culture and local business models to inspire them in their chosen career.
While in India, participants will find out how the bottom of the pyramid economy works, in Europe they will discover a rich cultural history. New York, on the other hand, will reveal to participants a different financial spectrum, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. Fordham University, Antwerp Management School and XIMB will offer its career management services to help students choose a global career, which suits them best.

What kind of opportunities will this open up for students?

Students will get an opportunity to interact with an international group of fellow-students . They will also be engaged by an international faculty and personal coaches and paired with high-level alumni mentors in three different environments.

Each student will follow an individual learning trajectory with a personalised evaluation, revealing personal talents, new skills and capabilities.

By experiencing India, Belgium and the US first-hand , students will have the opportunity to benefit from an international curriculum that offers them a global perspective on both business and life. Finally, by experiencing different cultures and learning about the importance of sustainability , they will extract key lessons about professional dos and don'ts . As a result, these future leaders will discover that what is good for business can also be good for society.

What are the eligibility criteria for the programme?

A recent graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks 550 score for GMAT or 80 percentile or more in CAT/ XAT/ MAT Proficiency in English From India, we will recruit those who have up to five years of work experience.

Which of the three schools will award the MBA degree?

The degree will be awarded by Antwerp Management School, which is part of the University of Antwerp. This degree will be endorsed by XIMB and Fordham. www.3cmgm.org
