Words that work - JMI to hold etiquette workshop

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) will organize a workshop on e-mail and telephone etiquette, with the objective of teaching students  the principle of "words that work", an official said on Wednesday.

The workshop, to be held on Thursday, is collaboration between the university  and non-governmental organization Youth Empowerment Services.

The purpose of the workshop was to underscore the importance of communication skills in both personal and professional  life, the official said.
