Balraj Theatre Group to set up acting school in HP

Himachal Pradesh is set to get it's first acting school. Balraj Sahni Theatre group will set up an institute in the state to discover and polish it's talents, chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal said here today.
Dhumal said that film legend Balraj Sahni's son, actor Parikshit Sahni, who had started the organisation in the memory of his famous father, had met him recently with the proposal.
 
"The acting school will help discover new talent in Himachal and the government will fully support the project," said Dhumal.
 
Sahni told the chief minister that the theatre group was active in Mumbai and contributed many good actors to the film industry.
