REC has created an exclusive brand of Design Colleges for India called Raffles Millennium International in a joint venture with Educomp Solutions, a pioneer in educational solutions for Indian Institutions.

Raffles Millennium International offers a 3-year Degree programme and a 2 year Advanced Diploma programme for our specialized design courses accredited to the Raffles College of Design & Commerce (RCDC) which is an integral part of REC for the past 30 years.
