IGNOU launches Water Harvesting course

New Delhi: To enrich student's ability IGNOU launches a certificate programme in Water Harvesting and Management

The 60 regional centres of the university will carry these special programmes in their  centers.

The programme aims to sensitize people about water resources and provide students with necessary skills to understand the water harvesting techniques.

The university has asked its regional directors to identify experts to fill the post of programme incharge. V-C VN Rajasekharan Pillai said: The university professors will not conduct this certificate programme. Each centre will have a programme incharge who will run the course.
