All in place for NMAT 2010 online test: NMIMS

Mumbai: In the view of technical problems during a recent online test for MBA, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) advised candidates to not to worry about the NMAT 2010 online test.


Dr Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor, NMIMS, informed that all possible preventive measures are being taken to ensure the smooth operation of the NMAT 2010.


He said, “the contract for conducting the NMAT 2010 online exam has been given to Pearson Vue, the company which conducts the GMAT exam. We will be sanitising all the labs where students will appear for NMAT online. Labs will be sealed three days prior to the test. Also a prior dry run will be carried out in the first week of January for our students. NMIMS has identified the problems that could occur at all levels, including the registration of candidates, confirmation of those who have registered, administration of the test and the declaration of results."


There will be a mock test before the NMAT 2010, for which candidate would be informed by email. All hardware and software is being checked and stress test carried out to eliminate any glitches.
