Plus two results expected in May 2nd week

Chennai :Before the polling starts for Parliamentary elections, 12th results will be declared by DGE

Due to forthcoming Parliamentary elections on May 13, the directorate of government examinations (DGE) has decided to announce 12th results in the second week of May probably before May 9.

DGE official said that as it would facilitate teachers from government schools to get relieved from the exam duty and start working for the polls.

About 6.5 lakh students in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry appeared for the Class XII examination this year, which started on March 2 and ended on March 23. The DGE had conducted the exams in 1,738 centres across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
