CAT 2015 Exam Registration Extended to September 25

catThe Common Admission Test (CAT 2015) registration date is extended to September 25. According to a report in Times of India, 1.38 lakh candidates had registered to take the competitive CAT exam 2015. The CAT 2015 exam date is scheduled to be conducted on November 29. in two sessions in 136 test cities at 650 test venues. The results for the CAT 2015 Exam will be announced in the second week of January 2015.

This year onward, CAT has made a few changes i.e. the duration of the CAT 2015 exam has been increased to 10 minutes and new section have been added i.e. Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR). The CAT 2015 paper will be segregated into three sections i.e. Quantitative Aptitute (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Verbal & Reading Comprehension (VRC).

The general and SC/ST/PwD/DA candidates are required to make a payment of Rs 1,600 and Rs 800, respectively. The eligible and interested aspirants can apply through the official website, the link for which is: iimcat.ac.in.

The candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 50 per cent from a recognised university or institute. The aspirants selection will be made on the basis written ability test, group discussion and personal interview. The official notification regarding the CAT 2015 exam registration, was released on July 26. The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2015 Exam, will take place on November 29, for which the registration will begin from August 6. Exam Registration is going on and will be closing on September 25. The Exam is a computer-based test, that evaluates a student on the basis of his skills in English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning.
