Inadequate infrastructure and faculty in B.ED colleges: under vigil

The vice chancellor of Teachers Education University T.Padmanabhan, said the B Ed colleges, which do not have adequate infrastructure and faculty, would loose its affiliation status.

 In order to improve the quality of teaching education the varsity had created quality checkup for training colleges, which had completed three years.

A committee will be formed to vigil the physical structure of education in all colleges. Each committee would comprise of one professor, one reader and one senior teacher drawn from various other universities. They will submit reports to the varsity for further action.
 
The university plans to bring uniformity among the B Ed colleges in the state, besides introducing innovative courses, the vice chancellor said
