BJPs Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi spoke in the IX convocation of SRM University near Chennai on Sunday. Modi spoke about 3s Mantra to youth. He said in his speech, asking the students to follow the mantra of speed, skill and Scale. In the vision of their contribution to India's progress.
