Degree Equivalence cannot be changed

Once a degree is held to be equivalent to another degree, its equivalence stall take force since the inception of the degree, stated by Madurai court.  This judgment was given allowing a petition from Uma Mohanraj, an assistant professor at Madurai Medical College.
