More secured Answer sheet in Madras University

An attempt is planned by Madras university to stop mal practice in the examinations, it is devided to replace dummy numbers in answer sheets with bar codes which can only be read by bar code reader installed in the university.

The vice chancellor of Madras University Prof. R. Thandavan told the University had chalked out various steps to curb exam related mistakes and one of this would be to print the bar code on the top and bottom pairs of the answer sheet. Could get see the students dummy number printed on the top of the answer sheet. They could use it for any kind of exam related mal practice, but after the replacement with a bar code reader only, the authorized official can see the bar code. This will make the exam procedure fool proof.
