Chinese language for IIT Madras students

The IIT Madras has launched a Taiwan Education Program on its campus, to promote learning of the Mandarin Chinese language among Indian students.  The program, undertaken in collaboration with National T’sing Hva Universit (NTHU) in Taiwan was launched.
